We want you to love your Boden items, but if something isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original condition within 90 days for a full refund. For sale items, please ensure returns are made within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Fill out the form

  Locate the returns form included with your original delivery and tick the items you wish to return, specifying the reason for each.

• 2.
  Pack your items

  Securely place your items and the completed returns form inside the original packaging or another sturdy mailer, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered.

• 3.
  Attach the label

  Affix the pre-paid Royal Mail or carrier label provided in your parcel to the outside of the package for easy scanning.

• 4.
  Drop off and track

  Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office or designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
